ONLINE 5th September 11.30pm Textile Meadows Workshop

£50.00

My online workshops are designed to be enjoyed from the comfort of your own home, with live sessions accessible to participants from all over the world! All workshops are hosted via Zoom, ensuring an interactive experience as close as possible to an in-person session.

In this new workshop, you’ll explore texture by creating a mixed media meadow landscapes using a variety of techniques. The focus is on contemporary texture and building tactile layers. Whether you choose to create a detailed meadow scene or a more abstract design, you’ll start by building a heavily textured surface with stitch and applique. Once your base is established, we’ll add colour to create depth. I will then share my embroidery techniques and a range of methods for surface decoration, helping you apply the final details and enhance the beauty of your meadow landscapes.
This online workshop will take place live on Zoom. You will have the option to either work alongside me or watch my demonstrations and work independently away from the screen.
