Create your own beautiful handcrafted festive decorations in this relaxed and creative workshop.Begin by choosing your base shapes, such as stars, trees or baubles, before exploring mixed media and textile techniques to add fabric layers to your designs. You’ll then embellish your creations with delicate hand embroidery, using a variety of simple stitches to add texture, detail and festive charm. Finally, personalise your decorations with beautiful haberdashery, including buttons, beads and ribbons, to create unique keepsakes that are perfect for decorating your home or giving as thoughtful handmade gifts.No previous embroidery or textile experience is necessary—this workshop is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with some creative experience.
