5 Week Textile & Mixed Media Hand Embroidery Course

Location: The ARC, LoughboroughTime:

10am - 12pm

Duration: 5 weeks

Explore textile surfaces, hand embroidery, and a range of creative textile techniques in the course. Each week you’ll be introduced to new skills and methods.

You can work towards a fabric book or separate samples. Suitable for complete beginners and all skill levels

• Focus on learning and experimenting with techniques
• Ideal if you want to explore textiles without pressure to finish a specific item

Cost: £120 for the full 5 week course

Payment Options:

• £120 upfront at the time of booking or
• £60 at booking + £60 by 20th December 2026

What to Bring:

• A basic sewing kit (embroidery scissors and needles)

All other materials are provided.

Please Note:

• The focus of this course is on learning techniques, not creating a finished product. Separate day classes are available if you wish to make finished items.
• The course fee is non-refundable once paid. I can move you to another course if I have enough time to fill your space. 
• If the course is cancelled by Emily, you will receive a full refund or choose  be offered alternative dates.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by a participating adult.
